Welcome to the Romantic Audience Project

This site is a collaborative study of romanticism authored by >>students enrolled in >>English 242, Spring 2003, taught by >>Mark Phillipson at >>Bowdoin College. The site was built with open-source wiki software called >>SnipSnap, adapted for our class by Bowdoin's >>Educational Research & Development Group.

In Spring 2005, RAP was joined by a second-generation version: >>RAP2

This project is described extensively in >>The Romantic Audience Project - A Wiki Experiment, an essay in the 'Pedagogies' section of Romantic Circles.

A RAP in the news index lists published items referring to this project.

Google and RAP have an on-again, off-again relationship. Recently, sparks are flying again. Have a look at Google searches pointing to RAP.
