Welcome to the Romantic Audience ProjectThis site is a collaborative study of romanticism authored by
students enrolled in
English 242, Spring 2003, taught by
Mark Phillipson at
Bowdoin College. The site was built with open-source wiki software called
SnipSnap, adapted for our class by Bowdoin's
Educational Research & Development Group.
In Spring 2005, RAP was joined by a second-generation version:
RAP2This project is described extensively in
The Romantic Audience Project - A Wiki Experiment, an essay in the 'Pedagogies' section of Romantic Circles.
A
RAP in the news index lists published items referring to this project.
Google and RAP have an on-again, off-again relationship. Recently, sparks are flying again. Have a look at
Google searches pointing to RAP.
