Welcome to the Romantic Audience Project 2

This site is a collaborative study of romanticism authored by students enrolled in >>English 242, Spring 2005, taught by >>Mark Phillipson at >>Bowdoin College. The site was built with open-source Wiki software called >>SnipSnap, adapted for our class by Bowdoin's >>Educational Research & Development Group.

RAP 2 is a next generation project. Its hardy ancestor, >>RAP 1, was built in a similar seminar two years previously, in the spring of 2003. This sister project is described extensively in >>The Romantic Audience Project - A Wiki Experiment, an essay in the 'Pedagogies' section of Romantic Circles. The RAP in the news index lists published articles referring to this project.

Looking around

This site doesn't render properly in all browsers. If columns are behaving erratically, check browser requirements.

If you're in the mood to explore, here's advice on how to look around.

And here's a >>complete index of entries in RAP 2
