Hey everyone, I'm George Schlesinger. I am a sophomore and I transferred to Bowdoin after my freshman year at Washington and Lee in Virginia. Unfortunately, the effete Northern liberal in me could not put up with the stauch conservatism of the good ole' boys from below the Mason-Dixon, but it has all worked out! I love it here in Maine and have enjoyed playing golf for the Bowdoin team and skiing in the gorgeous mountains of Maine. I am an English major and Econ minor, and in my spare time you can probably find me rockin out to my itunes. I have memorized the following movies: Ace Ventura, Billy Madison, Dumb and Dumber, Caddyshack, and sadly A Night at the Roxbury. I'm from Cherry Hill, NJ which is about 10 minutes from Philadelphia, which brings me to my next point… GO EAGLES. The dirty birds will triumph in Jacksonville.

Here are the lyrics to the Bob Dylan song, "Love Minus Zero/No Limit" that I referenced in my snip, >>deep romantic chasm
